Require Additional Member information during membership transaction

Ability to make name fields and other fields required for additional members. This would prevent having unnamed members on a membership.

    Developed - The membership sales flow now requires first and last name for additional members in the "Add Additional Members" process. Email address is prompted, but is optional. This functionality does not apply if additional members are allowed via a membership add-on. XTruLink Solutions Engineers
