Printed Membership Cards support

Physical membership cards must be processed and printed in Altru. Would be nice to be able to configure and print these through XTruLink in tandem with the digital pass processes. Ideally this feature would allow members to "opt-in" for a physical pass if desired.

    Printing cards through XTruLink with a QR code that could be used to download the digital pass for the card would be a useful feature as well.

    Seconding adding a means to specifically opt in for a printed card, even without the ability to print through XTruLink a means to tag a membership transaction to not be included in the print process would be great.
