Allow for Donation Types with FMV

Make it possible to add in an FMV for certain donation types (like Adopt an Animal program), etc. or any special campaign that comes with a trinket/incentive.

    Our current system relies on the creation of sales orders in order to sync data to Altru. This means all payments added must be linked to an order via Advance, Daily, or Online Sales methods in Altru. Fair market values are only available in Altru when adding a donation via the Add Payment screen on a constituent record. Should our system change in the future, we will consider this request. As it currently stands, our system cannot support this request.
