moca - Please add the ability for patrons to exchange their own tickets to future events in the same program.
flysnf - This feature would need to be able to be disabled
capemaymac.org - When guests order tickets online is there a way that they can refund them online? Of course, we would want to charge them the 20% cancellation fee and not refund the online fees.
