Add Gift Membership Digital Pass Send Date in Sales Order Note

Currently, if you have gift membership digital pass send date enabled, the gifter can select a date to send the digital pass, but there is no way for us to see it. That means they are selecting a date for the member to receive their digital passes, but their physical packet might come at a completely different time. It should be added as a Sales Order Note just like it is when you have the feature disabled. Then we could see when they want the membership to arrive.

    Developed - Gift Memberships purchased on the XTL portal send the giver's requested Digital Pass Send Date in an order note and can be seen In Altru in the Sales Order, Documentation tab, Notes. A query can be created in Altru to report on these gift send dates. See screenshot attached as well as this KB article:
