Auto-Send Digital Pass Install Email Upon Membership Renewal

This function would be useful since it is difficult to keep track of every single renewal that comes through and whether or not that member has previously downloaded their digital pass or not. If it is on auto-send, that would eliminate a lot of confusion for members... many of them are waiting to see if they will get an email/expecting to get an email about the digital pass installation after renewal and do not go into their web portal profile to look for it.
