Kiosk Account Search Function added to the checkout screen.

Can there be a search function for patrons to search for their accounts at the kiosk? So patrons don't need to enter all their information in the checkout screen each time they visit? Search by Email address and or Cell Phone Number. Or if the patron enters an email address or cell number at the kiosk first and there is an account on file, a prompt pops up on the screen asking the user if they want to use the information on file.
