Online waitlist

General flow:

• setting to mark an event/program as "waitlist enabled"

• when event is sold out, waitlist is automatically initiated

• when someone cancels and tickets are returned to inventory, waitlist automatically emails a link to first in line to sign up, with a time limit (possibly set by customer, 24, 48 hours?)

• if 1st in line does not sign up within time limit, next person gets emailed

• if we go through whole list with no sign ups, then event is re-opened to public
