Add an opt-out checkbox for digital pass install emails for each member

Add an opt-out checkbox for install emails for each member to the members tab of the membership module. This would allow clients to flag members who do not wish to receive digital pass install emails. Unchecking the box would opt the member back in.

Ability to search for any member on a membership

Currently when we use the member search function it only works when we search for the primary member. We would like the ability for use any member listed on the membership and have the search function locate that membership.

Ability to send Membership Cards to both members automatically

We would like to send both members on a membership their individual links for digital membership cards automatically. Members often have different emails from the primary member and it is cumbersome to manually send a link to the secondary member
