Recurring digital pass reminder as an automated process

Currently, we have a manual process for sending reminder emails to members who have not yet downloaded their digital passes. Digital pass emails can error and fail to send for a variety of reasons. It would be excellent if we could set up a download reminder to send every month or certain number of days\weeks so that it needn't be done manually for failed sendings specifically.
