Popup Messaging for Specific Events

It would be nice to have the ability to add a popup message to guests making an online ticket purchase when there may be something important that needs to be communicated. For example, we have a day with reduced hours due to a special event. If a guest is purchasing a ticket for that date, we would like to be able to force a popup window that calls extra attention to the different hours before they complete their purchase.
