Add Sales Order Note field to Sales Order variables

There is no way to add the data collected in a Sales Order Note Field to the Sales Order receipt. Would be nice to be able to add this information, in particular when a tribute donation is processed.

    This merge field is not available for sales order receipts, but any notes added to items on the order will be displayed in the Master Summary block.
