Ability to refund all registrants of a specific event & and send them all an email notification with an explanation.

It would be useful to have the ability to bulk refund all registrants of a cancelled event/program/workshop. It would also be helpful to be able to send them all an email notification with an explanation for why the event was cancelled.

Ability to send Automated Event Follow-Up Messages

Right now XtruLink only allows for event follow-up messages to be sent through scheduled messages, which have to be generated manually every day. We want all scanned tickets for an event to receive automatic event follow-up messages after the event.
