Ability for customer to manage primary contact info in Altru via Portal User Profile page

The Contact Info area in a portal user's profile page is currently associated only with their XTruLink portal user account. Updating the info there does not update their primary contact info in Altru.


This feature would allow customers to manage their primary address and primary email via their XTL portal user account. Enabling this feature would be optional.

    Developed - Guests are now able to manage primary contact information including Address, Email and phone number. This information is saved to the constituent profile in Altru as well. Guests are also able to update the email address and phone number used for their XTruLink portal account here as well. Here is a KB article on this process:
