Photo releases via ticketed events

Oftentimes, when we have a family or baby program at the Museum, we have a diverse crowd of families and friends that look so good in the galleries, we want to take photos of them! It's not always clear which day will have the highest visitation, the best light in the galleries, etc, and when we try to target programs where we take marketing photos, it is onerous to stop everyone during an otherwise fluid check-in via Xtrulink and make them sign a paper form. We'd like a way to attach a photo release to a program registration, to allow families to opt in to allowing CSM to take photos of them during the program, ideally during the online registration for that program.

    There is a workaround for this request. This can be accomplished with a Waiver and acknowledgement checkbox configured for a Pre-Registered program. Many orgs use this method for notices and compliance acknowledgements. A simple Sales Note on a non Registration program could also be used for this purpose.
