Text and email message renewals "After" the membership has expired

Currently Xtrulink only has the option to send emails and texts before the membership has expired. We would like to have the option to send them after it has expired.

    Version 4 of XTruLink allows Recurring Messages to be sent to members "after" the membership expires. This functionality also exists for "after" Events to allow survey messages.
